The material in our database library however, is geared toward those who have heard about databases, but never knowingly interacted with one. All of our articles in fact, address those who are faced with building a collection of data for work, an organization, or just for learning -- and don't have any idea where to start. Why should I use NewDatabases? If you want to use databases with the look and feel of MS Access - without the bloat and complexity, then you need the expertise of NewDatabases. The bulk of them are projects that for one reason or another, did not meet the needs of a particular client. Others are simply great ideas. I don't feel comfortable using freeware. Our databases store data in dBase file format so that you can easily import and export dBase compatible files, plus share data with a wide variety of other applications as well. |
